Refund Policies

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for products returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase is required.


Non-Refundable Items

Clearance items, final sale products, and any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.


Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions to ship the item back. After inspection, if the return is accepted, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Processing Time

Refund timelines depend on your payment provider and may take a few business days to reflect in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, a replacement or full refund will be arranged.
